Observed left reach in next to dish washing area to be at 48*F. Owner stated that a technician had been out to look at the unit and are waiting on parts to fix. A reinspection will take place on Monday, July 12th the check unit. Cold holding units holding TCS items must be at or below 41*F to ensure TCS items are at or below 41*F.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
