Notes -Pre-rinse sprayer next to dishwasher should be maintaining 1 inch air gap above flood rim. This is to prevent possible contamination due to back flow. At this point the air gap is slightly less than 1 inch (nearly level with flood rim). -No signature obtained. Inspection rights made available upon request to person in charge -Report delivered via email No County legal action will result from this inspection.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced
food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance
with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
