At the beginning of the inspection the walk in was verified to have an ambient air temperature of 42* Fahrenheit. An hour and a half later the walk in was noted to have a minimum ambient air temperature of 49* Fahrenheit; verified with a max/ min thermometer. PIC adjusted the thermostat but there was no drop in temperature. PIC placed an emergency work order to have the walk in serviced and moved all TCS foods to properly functioning cold holding units. A reinspection will take place first thing on Tuesday July 14, 2020 to verify the walk in refrigerator is maintaining an ambient air temperature of 41* Fahrenheit or below.

Due to COVID-19 concerns a signature was not obtained from the operator during this inspection. The inspector verbally reviewed the establishment's inspection rights with the person in charge (Takahisa F.) and delivered a copy of their inspection rights in an email with the inspection report. This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 0 Priority, 1 Priority Foundation and 0 Core Violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Inspection report delivered via email.
