Received an emailed update regarding violation #31 for the walk-in cooler. According to owner, the new cooling system will be installed on 9/8/2022. The re-inspection will be conducted once the system is in operation and TCS foods will not be stored in the walk-in until the temperature is verified to be at 41F or less. Re-inspection anticipated on 9/9/2022.

Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced
food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance
with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
