Plastic container on bottom shelf in walk in containing packages of raw beef, raw ground beef, chorizo, bacon and hot dogs with red liquid pooling in bottom. Operator began removing items with different cooking temperatures and putting in separate containers and repackaging if necessary. Provided food storage guidance document. Raw animal proteins must be stored according to minimum cooking temperature requirements to minimize risk of cross contamination.
