Core-5-205.15 (B), C: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained Observed P-trap under the prep sink to be completely disconnected from pipe. Per PIC, vegetables are placed in a bucket inside the prep for washing and the water is dumped into the rinse side of the 3 compartment sink. 3 compartment sinks must be used only for ware washing. Observed running leak in the mop sink due to inability of the hot water to stop running even when the handles are turned off. Please call for maintenance. *4th repeat violation
