Observed coffee cups and dishes being washed in the high temperature sanitizing dish machine. The temperature of the final rinse water at the plate surface measured at 150F. This was checked with a recording min/max thermometer. PIC informed staff to wash all dishes at the 3 compartment sink until the dish machine could be repaired. PIC called and scheduled for the machine to be serviced at time of inspection. Reviewed the proper final rinse temperature of 160F, at the plate surface, for high temperature sanitizing dish machines with the PIC.

This establishment received a B Grade and had 0 Priority, 1 Priority Foundation and 0 Core violations on this inspection. Reviewed the inspection rights verbally with chef Tom S. Provided copy of inspection report via email. Reviewed proper date marking and the 7 day time frame with chef. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
