Per the PIC the foods hand been in the refrigerator longer than 4 hours and were embargoed and voluntarily discarded. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling, or when time is used as a control all TCS food to be maintained at 41°F or less.

PIC stated they would place a work order to have the refrigerator serviced or install vinyl curtains in order to maintain the refrigerator at a temperature of 41* Fahrenheit or below. A reinspection will take place within 10 business days to verify the refrigerator in question is maintaining an ambient air temperature of 41* Fahrenheit throughout the entire unit.

Due to COVID-19 concerns a signature was not obtained from the operator during this inspection. The inspector verbally reviewed the establishment's inspection rights with the person in charge (Mike M.) and delivered a copy of their inspection rights in an email with the inspection report. This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 1 Priority, 1 Priority Foundation and 0 Core Violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
