Notified Person In Charge (PIC). PIC removed large box from accessing hand washing station.====Maintained so accessible at all times. Not used for other purposes than handwashing. PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-202.11 (A), P: Approved System =====> Observed water supply in mop sink area directly attached to the chemical dispenser via downstream connector. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). Water supply turned on at time of inspection. Faucet has approved AVB installed, which has been under pressure whenever water supply is on. PIC turned water off. Discussed AVB's and backflow. Non-testable Anti-siphon Vacuum Breaker devices are designed to protect potable water supplies from the back-siphonage of non-health hazard cross-connections and low flow, non-continuous pressure installations. Use only with non-continuous pressure.=============No shut-offs (butterfly y-valves), solenoids, or devices (i.e. side-kicks), equipment, etc., are allowed be present on the downstream side of an AVB.

This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 1 Priority, 2 Priority Foundation and 2 Core Violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Reviewed and discussed: date marking procedures. Recommend: Professional Licensed Pest control services monthly; replacing cutting boards at holding station. Emailed copy of inspection report to the establishment. Of note: Establishment has work order to repair low temperature chlorine dish machine. In process of deep cleaning top oven.
