Priority Foundation-5-204.11, Pf: Handwashing Sinks - Location and Placement. For a permanent fix to this violation, check out these simple tools in our Active Managerial Control Toolbox, made especially for you. https://www.maricopa.gov/4573/AMC-Toolbox---Handwashing. - Observed active construction upon arrival to the restrooms of the facility and restrooms stripped down to the insulation layer. Per manager, both restrooms are under remodel to update the walls, fixtures, & floors. Observed no open food being served in establishment only retail & soda/coffee machines at time of inspection. Observed portable toilet outside of facility with a hand sanitizer dispenser and no handwashing sink. Handwashing sinks must be located to allow convenient use by employee’s in or immediately adjacent to toilet rooms. Discussed with manager about adding a portable handwashing sink or obtaining a portable toilet with a handwashing sink while construction is occurring. Re-inspection scheduled for 3/1/2023.
