Observed no paper towels at hand sink behind counter. PIC stated business is out of paper towels and provided napkins. Hand wash sinks must be stocked at all times with a hand drying provision to promote proper handwashing.

Also observed mop sink and wall of mop sink to have accumulation of dirt. Observed bathroom toilets to have organic matter build up in bowl. Please clean and clean at a frequency to maintain clean.
