Observed soda nozzle in the bar area with black debris on the inside. Spoke with person in charge on cleaning procedures and frequencies. Spoke with person in charge and they had stated that they are not using the bar area at this time due to dining room being closed to public. Soda nozzles shall be removed, cleaned, and stored properly until further use.

Core-6-202.15, C: Outer Openings, Protected Observed a gap around the door in the back of the establishment leading outside. Spoke with person in charge on obtaining weather striping and placing it around the door to prevent pests from entering the premises. Person in charge shall add the weather striping around the door to prevent any gaps between the door and the door and the door frame. Core-6-501.112, C: Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents and other Pest Observed the presence of dead American roaches in the establishment located under the dishwashing area and behind the stoves. Spoke with person in charge on pest control and pest removal. Person in charge shall remove all dead pests from the premises whenever they are present.
