PIC stated they were unsure of the preparation date and voluntarily discarded them. Please ensure all prepared /unpackaged TCS food items are date marked within 24 hours or preparation or opening of packaging.

PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-201.11, P: Separation-Storage - Spray bottle of Lysol stored on top shelf in pantry above plastic and paper goods such as plastic utensils in an open package. PIC moved Lysol to office where it will not be stored above any food or food contact equipment. Priority Foundation-7-202.11, Pf: Restriction-Presence and Use - Carpenter ant pesticide with spray arm applicator stored near hand wash station in bar. PIC removed the pesticide from the facility. Pesticides shall not be stored in food establishments and shall only be administered by licensed pest control technicians.

Priority Foundation-6-501.111 (C), Pf: Controlling Pests; Approved Trapping Methods/Existence - 10-20 drain flies observed in floor sink and hole beneath floor sink near 3 compartment sink in bar area. PIC stated they will be closing up the hole within the next year. Until repairs are complete the hole will need to be maintained to prevent harborage of pests. Please have pest control administered to eliminate and maintain the area free of pests prior to re-inspection within 10 days.

Please obtain and maintain a supply of Chlorine test strips prior to re-inspection within 10 days.

Inspector advised shortening length of spray arm to ensure it is at least 1 inch above flood rim when left hanging. Please ensure at least a minimum of a 1 inch air gap is maintained between spray arm and flood rim of 3 compartment sink.
