Priority Foundation-7-102.11, Pf: Common Name-Working Containers - Observed several spray bottles near mop sink area containing liquid chemical substances without any labeling. Discussed with person in charge that all chemical substances not in original packaging need to be clearly labeled with their commonly known name. Labels were added to spray bottles.

Core-3-305.11, C: Food Storage-Preventing Contamination from the Premises - Observed packages of raw beef stored in cardboard box directly on the walk-in refrigerator floor. Discussed with person in charge that all food, especially food not in waterproof packaging should be stored at least 6 inches above the floor to prevent contamination from the premises. The beef was moved to a different location off the floor.
