Core-6-201.11, C: Floors, Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability--During inspection observed the grout near ice machine & ware-washing area to be damaged, chipped, or missing. Per person in charge the grout will be re-flushed & repaired. Please ensure that all floors, walls, and ceilings are designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable.
