Several tiles missing grout around the entire establishment. Flooring inside main walk in freezer is deteriorating. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). Also observed missing/broken wall tile around main hand sink inside main kitchen.=====Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable
