Back corner near ice machine observed with residue build up on the floor. Please cleaned these areas in a manner and frequency that prevents build up of debris and residues.

Also discussed time control policy, hand washing locations, cooling methods, hot holding monitoring, and pest control methods. Discussed possible addition of walk-in freezer.
