Please clean equipment at a frequency that prevents thee accumulation of organic growth. PRIORITY VIOLATION-4-602.11, P: Equipment Food-Contact Surfaces and Utensils-Frequency... Tongs provided for hot dogs observed visibly soiled, PIC stated that they get cleaned once a day and had not been cleaned since 4am. Had PIC remove tongs to be cleaned before continuing use. Please ensure all food contact utensils are washed, rinsed, and sanitized at least every 4 hours while in use PRIORITY VIOLATION-4-702.11, P: Cleaned and Sanitized Before Use After Cleaning... Observed employee washing tongs with soap and water before hand returning to use, asked employee to come back and sanitize them, had to educate employees on proper wash, rinse, sanitize procedures. Please ensure all food contact surfaces and utensils are sanitized after cleaning and before use to prevent food contamination and employees are educated on the necessary process. to prevent bacteria growth.

Please ensure all potentially harmful cleaning chemicals are stored away from food or food contact surfaces to prevent contamination. Priority Foundation-7-202.11, Pf: Restriction-Presence and Use... Observe partially empty cans of "Raid" below cash register and near first aid kit in back, had PIC discard cans and confirmed that there is a pest control service employed. Please ensure all pest control measures are performed by a professional to prevent contamination of food and pest poisons are not stored in establishment (unless for sale).
