*PRIORITY VIOLATION is a major violation that directly contributes to increasing the risk of foodborne illness or injury.

Upon re-inspection, all violations have been corrected. Walk in cooler temperature is holding at 33*F and is blowing air measuring 31*F. PIC had additional repairs made the the cooler and has purchased an additional reach in cooler. Dry ice observed in unit. Advised PIC to remove dry ice to outside and air out cooler fully before breathing the air inside the cooler to ensure CO2 levels have decreased to safe levels.

Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced
food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance
with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
