Core-3-305.11, C: Food Storage-Preventing Contamination from the Premises Observed tubs of cooked veggie falafel being stored on ground of walk in. PIC moved falafel tubs 6 inches off the ground at time of inspection. Discussed that foods should be stored at least 6 inches off the floor to prevent contamination and allow for thorough cleaning of facilities at all times. 4th repeat violation

Core-4-101.19, C: Nonfood-Contact Surfaces Observed multiple pieces of soiled cardboard being used to store utensils on and under prep tables. Discussed that cardboard is not a smooth and easily cleanable surface and may lead to pest harborage. Remove all cardboard from establishment to restore a smooth and easily cleanable surface to all areas prior to the next routine inspection.
