Core-3-307.11, C: Miscellaneous Sources of Contamination Observed that the plastic curtain in bakery freezer had been placed on top of food such that the ends of the curtain, which are in normally in contact with the floor, were placed up and on top of the food on the shelves in the freezer, which included an unwrapped loaf of bread. The curtain was removed from the shelves and placed properly in the doorway and the bread was discarded. Ensure that food is protected from contamination or soiling from the premises.

Observed a bakery employee with long, approximately 3/4 inch, fingernails with polish working in the bakery without gloves. Employee put on gloves at the time of this inspection and will cut fingernails.
