(A) The PERSON IN CHARGE shall be a certified FOOD protection manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an ACCREDITED PROGRAM. Person in charge consented to inspection and reviewed inspections rights with person in charge: Darren L. Routine inspection report was emailed to person in charge at establishment.
