Cold holding prep table on cookline is not holding below 41*F. Establishment can function without the use of prep table, Manager agreed to not use prep table and will utilize walk in and small reach in fridge on cookline. Establishment is closing for a large remodel, last day of operation is 11/18/2020. Upon re-inspection, all violations have been corrected. No County legal action will result from this inspection.

Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
