With the new changes in structure and school programming this permit FD-10393 School Food Service will now be switched to a Class 3 Daycare Foodservice permit type and be moved to the Chain & Institutional Division Program since the program will be providing food for preschool age students which falls under the FDA Food Code definition of HIGHLY SUSPECTIPLBE POPULATION (HSP). The following are HSP requirements/ restrictions, which will be reviewed at your next routine inspection: 1. No bare hand contact with ready to eat foods. 2. No raw or undercooked animal proteins may be served in a ready to eat form. 3. Time as a public health control may not be used for raw eggs. 4. Prepackaged juice or beverages containing juice shall be pasteurized and specifically processed to prevent, reduce and eliminate the presence of pathogens. 5. Only the use of pasteurized egg may be used for the kids. 6. No raw seed sprouts. No County legal action will result from this inspection.

Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
