Also observed the walk in refrigerator door to be rusted and warped. Please repair, replace or maintain areas throughout the permitted kitchen and eastern auxilliary room including baseboards, holes in the wall, damaged floors or missing ceiling tiles prior to next routine inspection. Core-6-501.12, C: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions>>>>>Observed an accumulation of dust on the ceiling air conditioning vent above the grill in this establishment's kitchen as well as on the fan that is located above the handwashing sink in the kitchen. PIC stated the areas in question would be cleaned. Physical facilities shall be maintained in clean condition and good repair.
Inspection Comments

Due to COVID-19 concerns a signature was not obtained from the operator during this inspection. The inspector verbally reviewed the establishment's inspection rights with the person in charge (Scott U.) and delivered a copy of their inspection rights with the inspection report. This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 0 Priority, 1 Priority Foundation and 2 Core Violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Discussed Records of Parasite Destruction as well as outdoor cooking with the PIC during this inspection. Also discussed proper disposition, cooling and reheating criteria with the PIC during this inspection. Recommend also installing a dedicated handwashing sink in the dishwashing room.\ Inspection report delivered via email.
