Core-4-901.11, C: Equipment and Utensils, Air-Drying Required.....Employee dried clean dishes with a cloth towel. Manager had employee re-wash dishes and allow to air dry. Core-4-903.11(A), (B) and (D) , C: Equipment, Utensils, Linens and Single-Service and Single-Use Articles-Storing; Utensils, Equipment and Linens.....Ice wand stored directly on freezer floor. Manager removed ice wand to dishwashing, stated it will be properly stored to maintain clean.

This establishment received an A Grade and had no Priority, no Priority Foundation and two Core violations on this inspection. Discussed date marking for frozen items and log keeping for cooling and re-heating. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Emailed report and notice of inspection rights to Adam.
