Establishment shall control the presence of pests through approved means and maintain premise free of pests. Discussed with Person in Charge (PIC) frequency of certified pest control services and verified previous services via invoices. Discussed with PIC importance of maintaining facility clean and proper storage and protection of food. Obtain pest control service and maintain facility free of pests prior to Re-Inspection.

Core-5-205.15 (B), C: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained >>> Observed water from pipes underneath the automatic dishwasher partially draining onto floor and pooling at a slow draining floor drain near the middle of the cookline. Plumbing systems shall be maintained in good repair. Person in Charge (PIC) stated that a repair vendor has been contacted to service slow draining floor drain. Instructed PIC to discontinue use of automatic dishwasher until pipes properly drain into floor drain. PIC contacted repair vendor to service dishwasher drain pipes at time of inspection. Please repair drainage systems and maintain in good repair.
