Ensure soap (and single use towels) are available at this service area hand sink. The manager indicated that a permanent dispenser would be installed.

Priority Foundation-6-501.111 (C), Pf: Controlling Pests; Approved Trapping Methods/Existence......Observed over ten live fruit flies on the ceiling in the dishwashing room and over five live fruit flies near the mop sink/back door area. Observed a dead cockroach on the floor in the area leading to the pizza station. Use licensed pest control service to effectively eliminate the insects, and thoroughly remove dead insects to monitor as needed. Email inspector licensed pest control receipt within about a week.

The end of the bar may be more than 25 feet from the closest handwashing sink in the service/expo area, and expo area is a somewhat congested area.
