PIC stated their repairman would have the hand sink serviced by the end of the next business day. Handwashing sinks shall always have an ample supply of hot, running water to allow for proper handwashing.

PIC reprinted menus during this inspection with the consumer advisory on them. When serving potentially hazardous foods menus shall always have disclosure by either describing the product as being raw or undercooked (i.e. raw oysters, burgers cooked to order) or by utilizing an asterisk directing them to a footnote that describes the item as being served raw or undercooked.

Due to COVID-19 concerns a signature was not obtained from the operator during this routine inspection. The inspector verbally reviewed the establishment's inspection rights with the person in charge (Luis V.) and delivered a copy of their inspection rights in an email with the inspection report. This establishment received a B Grade and had 0 Priority, 2 Priority Foundation and 0 Core violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. A reinspection will take place within 10 days to verify the hand sink has been serviced. Inspection report delivered via email.
