The ice scoop was removed during this inspection and placed in its appropriate storage bin. Always ensure the handles of in-use utensils are stored up and out of the foods they are placed in to prevent any possible contamination.

Due to COVID-19 concerns a signature was not obtained from the operator during this inspection. The inspector verbally reviewed the establishment's inspection rights with the person in charge (Luis V.) and delivered a copy of their inspection rights with the inspection report. This establishment received an A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 1 Core violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Discussed sanitizer & chemical criteria pertaining to labeling and restricted uses. Also discussed proper shell stock tag retention. Inspection report delivered via email.
