Both bartenders remove the utensil during this inspection. In-use utensils shall have the handle stored in a manner that does not subject the food to possible modes of contamination.

Please replace the soiled Styrofoam with a smooth and easily cleanable surface (Recommend fiberglass reinforced plastic or stainless steel) Please replace the soiled wood as well and paint/ seal the wood that is still in good repair. Please remove all bottle caps and spilled liquid from the bottom of the storage area as well and ensure the floor is smooth and easily cleanable as well. Also observed the FRP underneath the mechanical dishwasher in the kitchen to be in disrepair. Please replace or repair. Correct Prior To Next Routine Inspection. Core-6-501.12, C: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions>>>>>Observed an accumulation of discarded bottle caps, bits of refuse and citrus peels on the ground in both the outdoor and indoor bar areas. Bartenders stated that the areas would be cleaned. Always maintain physical facilities in clean condition and good repair.

Due to COVID-19 concerns a signature was not obtained from the operator during this inspection. The inspector verbally reviewed the establishment's inspection rights with the person in charge (Luis V.) and delivered a copy of their inspection rights with the inspection report. This establishment received an A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 3 Core violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Discussed proper chlorine sanitizer levels with the PIC during this inspection. Inspection report delivered via email.
