PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-501.16(A)(2) and (B), P: Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Cold Holding. For a permanent fix to this violation, check out these simple tools in our Active Managerial Control Toolbox, made especially for you. https://www.maricopa.gov/4576/AMC-Toolbox---Cold-Holding. - Ham and liquid egg with internal temperatures of 48*F found in reach-in cooler below prep station. Ambient temperature in cooler was also 48*F. PIC discarded the ham and liquid egg. The cooler will not be used to cold hold TCS food items until it is repaired/replaced and shown to maintain a temperature of 41*F or below. Bottles of milk and chocolate milk in reach-in cooler at drive-thru window found with internal temperatures of 48*F. Ambient temperature in the cooler was 50-52*F. PIC stated the milks were moved to the cooler about 45 minutes ago and moved them to the walk-in for cooling and continued cold holding. Alternative nearby coolers are available for use to continue operations normally. The drive-thru reach-in will not be used to store cold held TCS food items until it repaired/replaced and is shown to maintain a temperature of 41*F or below. Please ensure cold held TCS food items are maintained at 41*F or below.

Priority Foundation-6-501.111 (C), Pf: Controlling Pests; Approved Trapping Methods/Existence - 10-15 small flying insects observed in lobby area near fountain drink station. Similar amount of flying insects also observed in back corner of dry storage area and also near washing machine. Most recent pest control record on file showed treatment administered on 8/12/21. Please have pest control administered within the next 10 days prior to re-inspection.

This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 1 Priority, 1 Priority Foundation and 0 Core Violations on this inspection. Recent short power outage before inspector's arrival caused computer other electronic devices to have incorrect times/clocks. Time control stickers were 1 hour ahead. PIC stated repair tech was contacted to adjust all electronic devices to correct time. Please monitor time control accordingly until repairs are complete. Discussed equipment cleaning methods and frequencies The inspection Report was printed and given to PIC at the establishment at time of inspection.
