Observed cut lettuce, garbanzo beans, cooked beets, and soft shredded cheddar cheese with temperatures ranging from 49*F-52*F in the first cold holding unit to the left of the cook line. These items had been in the unit for two hours at the time of inspection. The foods were placed into a larger cold holding unit to keep cool until the end of employee lunch.
