The exterior digital thermometer read 38F and the thermometer inside the cooler read over 50F. Maintain cold TCS food at or below 41F. The milk was transferred to another refrigerator. Repair the unit as needed. Staff will ensure this unit can maintain temperature below 41F before restocking it with TCS food.
