Core-6-501.11, C: Repairing-Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures-Methods Observed a hole in the wall below three compartment sink and rubber baseboards coming off the wall allowing for water to collect. PIC stated a remodel of the area is happening soon. Re-pair and maintain in good repair. Also observed caulking around sinks in women's and men's restroom to be cracking/pulling away from wall. Re-seal so that area is smooth and easily cleanable. 2nd Consecutive Violation

Of note: Observed storage room to be holding various dry goods, to go containers, cleaning supplies, and other various items. Food debris was observed on the floor in room. Clean room and remove any items that are not needed for use in the establishment. This establishment received an A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 2 Core violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Report emailed to PIC. Inspected with badge 305.
