Observed chlorine mechanical dishwasher with 0ppm of chlorine sanitizer. Ran machine 3 times and attempted to prime, primer mechanism does not turn and is not pulling sanitizer into the machine. Manager called for service and set up three compartment sink and observed with 400ppm of quat sanitizer. Manager agrees to use three compartment sink until dishwasher is observed at proper levels of chlorine. Chlorine concentration must be between 50-100ppm for proper sanitation.
