PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-204.11, P: Sanitizers, Criteria-Chemicals.....Chlorine in automatic low temperature dishwasher at 200 ppm. Manager drained and re-filled dishwasher at time of inspection and chlorine read 200 ppm again. Had dishwashing moved to manual 3 comp sink. Please repair/adjust the dishwasher to dispense chlorine at the proper 50-100 ppm concentration.

Please note the second hot box from the door by the ovens is holding at 84*F. Manager requested service repair and moved TCS food in the unit, under time control, to another hot box.
