Core-4-904.11, C: Kitchenware and Tableware-Preventing Contamination; Single-Use/Single Service Items......Unwrapped sporks dispensed for self-service stored in containers food-side up and in large shallow pan with handles in mixed directions. Manager removed the pan of mixed sporks and reversed the sporks in the containers to handle-side up.

This establishment received a B Grade and had one Priority, no Priority Foundation and two Core violations on this inspection. Manager certification could not be located at time of inspection. Please maintain a copy of current food service manager certification available on premises. A certified food manager is required to be present whenever food is handled.
