Core-6-501.12, C: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions------ At the stove/oven combo, beneath the heating coils for the stove, observed a heavy build up of organic matter and food debris. PIC will have the stove deep cleaned to remove build up. Pleas ensure all areas of the kitchen are cleaned regularly enough to prevent build up, which can attract pests.

This establishment received a(n) A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 2 Core violations on this inspection. Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager----PIC was unable to produce documentation showing that there is a certified food manager employed at this establishment. PIC will obtain the certifications for employees so that there is always one person ON DUTY who has a food manager certification. This is the second consecutive repeat of this violation. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Korreena W. verbally acknowledged inspection rights. The Inspection Report was printed and delivered at time of inspection.
