PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-205.15 (A), P: System Maintained in Good Repair; According to Law--- Observed the only hand sink in kitchen area not properly draining during inspection. Person in charge stated she will contact plumber to have issue corrected and will use the wash side of 3 compartment sink until issue is corrected and will not have dirty dishes in the sink while it is being used as a hand sink. Re-inspection will be conducted by Friday morning 7/9/2021. A PLUMBING SYSTEM shall be Repaired according to LAW and Maintained in good repair.

e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced
food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance
with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
