Core-3-501.15 (B), C: Cooling Methods; Cooling containers. -- Container of noodles, tightly covered, cooling in the refrigerator. Per person in charge (PIC) these were left over from lunch service which ended approximately 45min earlier. Noodles were at 81°F.
