Observed double door reach in cold holding unit at a temperature of 53.3 deg F ( according to the min/max thermometer). Manager informed this is due to a electrical issue that has just occured on the side of kitchen wall where the reach in unit is located. There are other units in establishment for cold holding until repair is completed. Must maintain cold holding units at required <41 deg F at all times.
