Observed employee washing hands in the hand sink by lathering hands under running water for <10 seconds. Inspector instructed employee to lather hands for at least 20 seconds outside of running water prior to rinsing. Employee properly lathered hands at time of inspection. Inspector provided handwashing signage at time of inspection.
