Prepared TCS foods must be consumed or discarded within 6 days after preparation. Job aids were provided to staff. PIC voluntarily discarded the outdated foods. This is a consecutive violation.

This establishment received a D Grade and had 3 Priority, 3 Priority Foundation and 1 Core violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. A pattern of non-compliance for foodborne illness risk factor violation # [21], [3-501.18 code reference] - disposition of outdated food- has been noted during this inspection. An Active Managerial Control Intervention Plan visit was offered to the person in charge. Failure to correct repeat violations may result in legal action. A re-inspection is scheduled for 7/29/19. Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
