School is providing curbside service to students. Observed milk stored in crate at 49*F . PIC stated items had been out for less than 30 minutes prior to inspection. Instructed PIC to use insulated bags with ice to store milk. PIC moved milk back to walk-in cooler and brought out new batch of milk with less product. PIC also used insulated bags to maintain temperatures below 41*.
