Core-5-401.11, C: Capacity, Drainage......Mop sink drain immediately outside back kitchen door is clogged and the hose connected to the mop sink faucet is still on. Employee unable to shut off faucet and hose shut-off is leaking into sink. Employee stated they have called a plumber to shut off water at faucet. Please repair drain to sufficient capacity. Manager stated they will contact EHS when issue is resolved. All drains inside kitchen were draining properly and inside mop sink is still available. Please contact EHS immediately if further stoppage occurs, or if issue is not resolved.
