Observed multiple items such as unused equipment stored in the retail area. Advised person in charge (PIC) that only necessary equipment used to store and display foods shall be stored in retail area to ensure proper cleaning and prevent harborages for pests. PIC stated they will work to remove the unused items.

Observed debris and empty containers in retail section of store. Advised person in charge (PIC) that areas around retail equipment shall be cleaned to sight and touch and at a frequency to prevent debris build up. PIC stated they will have the area cleaned more thoroughly and frequently.
