Core-6-501.114, C: Maintaining Premises, Unnecessary Items and Litter ----- Observed unused and some broken kitchen equipment and other house hold items being stored all around the retail section of the establishment. PIC will have this area deep cleaned and will maintain the premises to be free of any harborage conditions that could attract pests. Core-6-501.12, C: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions ---- Observed debris and dust on shelves in retail section of store. Advised person in charge (PIC) that areas around retail equipment shall be cleaned to sight and touch and at a frequency to prevent debris build up. PIC stated they will have the area cleaned more thoroughly and frequently.

Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager ----- No proof of a certified food manager. Discussed with person in charge that there needs to be at least one Certified Food Manager at the establishment at all time. Ensure customer foods are properly labeled and separated from personal foods. **Multiple canned good items were expired at time of inspection, PIC stated the cans will be discarded during the cleaning phase** No County legal action will result from this inspection. Report emailed.
