Person in charge removed TCS items from unit at the time of inspection and put in a service request for unit. Please ensure unit is holding at or below 41 *F prior to use for TCS foods.

This establishment received a(n) B Grade and had 0 Priority, 1 Priority Foundation and 0 Core violations on this inspection. OF NOTE: Sanitizer from dispenser was observed over 400 ppm. No warewashing was occurring at the time of inspection. Person in charge stated that usually they add additional water to bring concentration to 200. Recommended having chemical supplier repair to dispense at 200 ppm to eliminate the need for additional hand mixing. Inspection rights provided to Jennifer H., person in charge. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
