PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-204.11, P: Sanitizers, Criteria-Chemicals ----- A spray bottle labeled "Kitchen bleach" was observed to have a very high concentration of chlorine (200ppm). Per PIC, the spray bottle is used for cleaning counter tops in the kitchen (food contact surfaces). PIC dumbed the sanitizer solution in the sink, cleaned the spray bottle and made a new solution. The new sanitizer solution had a chlorine concentration between 50-100ppm. Ensure chlorine sanitizer is maintained at proper concentration of 50-100ppm.
